They say you can’t pour from an empty cup... and we couldn’t agree more. As women, the constant pressures and demands of family, career, and personal growth can overwhelm and take us out of balance. It’s easy to lose sight of yourself when you're constantly questioning your strength, purpose and direction. That’s why Usawa Health believes true well-being goes beyond physical health; it’s about being grounded in identity, regaining your balance and reorienting to your purpose. Founded by Dr. Daniella Munene, a registered Pharmacist, accomplished health professional and devoted family woman from East Africa, Usawa Health was incepted from a deep understanding of the extensive challenges women face throughout their life course. Daniella’s own experiences and observations of women going through identity crisis, burnout, and search for purpose inspired the formation of a transformative coaching program where work comes from a place of rest, empowerment is nurtured, and true wellness is non-negotiable. Nawiri (Flourish)

For professionals experiencing overwhelm and burnout, this program helps you find your center and reorient your approach to living. When you learn how to work from a place of balance and rest, you will naturally get reacquainted with your purpose. Your new sense of meaning will be the wind beneath your sails. 


Hodari (Champion)

Designed for women over 60, this program empowers you to embrace freedom, peace, and strength in this exciting chapter of life.
