The 3 week package has 3 hours’ worth of self-paced material and a 30minute 1:1 at the end of the course
The 6 week package has 6 hours’ worth of self-paced material and two 30 minutes 1:1 private sessions at midpoint and the end of the course
The 10 week package has 10 hours’ worth of self-paced material and a weekly 30-minute 1:1
