We invite parents to attend select coaching sessions with their teens. This helps with parents providing a consistent support system for their teen.
Q: What if she’s shy or hesitant?
Approach the session with curiosity and openness, not pressure to “fix” everything. Coaching is a process, not a one-time solution.
Remind yourself it’s okay to feel nervous or unsure—your coach is there to guide you.
